FUHH.IO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THESE TERMS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN NOTICE, AND YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY SUCH CHANGES. THIS AGREEMENT IS NOT INTENDED TO ALTER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ANY LICENSE AGREEMENT YOU MAY HAVE WITH FUHH.IO, ITS SUBSIDIARIES OR AFFILIATES, AND TO THE EXTENT OF ANY CONFLICT, THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF YOUR LICENSE AGREEMENT SHALL PREVAIL.

Limited Warranty

You Represent, Warrant and Covenant That
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right and authority to enter into this Agreement, and that you will use the Site in accordance with this Agreement and all applicable laws, rules and regulations. You further represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
DMCA Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this Site, please notify our copyright agent, as set forth in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”). For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing.
DMCA Counter-Notifications

Counter Repeat Infringer Policy and Takedown Policy
FUHH.IO will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of the copyrights, or other intellectual property rights, of others. FUHH.IO reserves the right to terminate the account of any user who infringes the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Limitation of Remedies
IN NO EVENT SHALL FUHH.IO OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless FUHH.IO, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Site from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement.
Usage
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Site.
